Somehow over the past few weeks, I have managed to forget exactly how busy our schedule gets with all of the kids' activities. Even when we are big on limiting what they can get involved in. But as I've started trying to get back into the swing of things this past week, it has hit me that we are wee little bit busy. I'm sure it did not help that this week we also ended up juggling having the van in the shop. Why is it that it is always the expensive to fix vehicle that breaks down? Sigh. But we are back to normal and running again. But I am hoping to keep the meal plan simple and rely on freezer meals and quick to fix things this week while we keep adjusting.
